Ce dernier a exprim\u00e9 sa d\u00e9ception quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution des travaux : \u00ab\u00a0<em><strong>Nous ne sommes pas contents de la fa\u00e7on dont ils ont travaill\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>. Le pr\u00e9sident du CGFR a reconnu l&rsquo;existence de probl\u00e8mes, \u00e9voquant notamment un probl\u00e8me de maturation \u00e0 la base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis, El Hadj Oumarou a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 une participation plus active de tous les acteurs dans la r\u00e9alisation des projets.
